Is there a cost for operators to join?
No. Operator accounts are free. You gain access to the fuel map, pricing, and request tools at no cost. Preferred Network membership is also free for operators.
How do operators get preferred pricing?
Once your Paragon Fuel Direct membership is approved, reduced margins are applied automatically at every participating FBO. No negotiation required per location.
What's the difference between Premium and Lite FBO tiers?
Both tiers get full platform access including pricing tools, request processing, and operator visibility. Premium adds priority map placement, a dedicated account manager, and custom branding options.
How long does FBO approval take?
Applications are typically reviewed within 2 business days. Our team will contact you to discuss partnership details and onboarding.
Can I cancel my FBO partnership?
Yes. Premium contracts have defined terms, but Lite partnerships can be paused or ended at any time. Your pricing data and request history are preserved.
